What is Using All the Bandwidth? [Infographic]

Whether you are an avid web-surfer, graphic designer or fanatic Pinner - internet speed all comes down to bandwidth.  How much information can you push through the pipe coming to your device!

Today, social media and entertainment sites account for the largest use of bandwidth.  Internet usage in the U.S. alone grew by 120% from 2011 to 2012.  With IP traffic growing at an approximate rate of 23% annually, it's estimated that there will be more than 19 billion global network connections by 2017.  We are consuming more information and data through the internet than ever before - and if we here at Dakota Visions Photography are like everyone else - we are not slowing down.
