You see so many articles about free fonts, free templates, free this, and free that. What most people don't put in their catchy titles or story lines is that most of these free items are for personal use only. A lot of good that does a designer when they are trying to finish that project for a client...
This is the first in a series of articles where we will do our best to provide materials for your use that are licensed appropriately for personal and commercial use. While we will do our best to put only items with the appropriate licenses in these stories, please note - licenses can change, so please review all licenses of any downloads to assure compliance.
So let's get on with it - here are the top free handwritten fonts that we use:

Disclaimer: While we try to make sure that all the fonts on See You Behind The Lens... are properly licensed for commercial use, there are many fonts that have either been abandoned by their authors or the authors distribute their fonts without an explicit license. It is our opinion that if the unlicensed font is freely available for download from either the original source or from multiple free-font sites then we assume it to be safe to use the font commercially. This is no guarantee of such freedom, so legal counsel is always suggested in such situations. We are not lawyers and don’t pretend to be them one. Please report any errors/violations you know of to http://www.dakotavisions.com/contact.html.
